Terms of Service

Last updated: 2026-08-02

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of AutoHustle (the "Service"), operated by AutoHustle ("we", "us"). By creating an account, purchasing credits, or generating content, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Two other documents form part of this agreement and are incorporated by reference: the Privacy Policy and the Refund & Credits Policy.

1. The Service

AutoHustle analyses a short-form video you point us at, produces a scene-by-scene plan, and generates a new video using AI models, optionally featuring an avatar built from a photograph you upload. The Service also includes profile monitoring, template libraries, and related tools.

The Service is a creative tool. It produces content inspired by the source material you submit; it does not copy, re-upload, or redistribute that source material.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher) and legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for everything that happens under your account.

One person, one account. Creating additional accounts to obtain activation credits, referral credits, or other promotional grants more than once is a breach of these Terms.

3. Credits

Paid features of the Service run on credits. Credits are prepaid units of account used to meter generation capacity. They are not money, not a deposit, not a stored-value instrument, and not transferable between accounts. Credits have no cash value and are not redeemable for cash, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Credits are deducted when a generation is submitted, not when it finishes. If a generation fails on our side, the credits for it are automatically returned to your balance.

Credits come in two classes, with different lifetimes:

  • Subscription credits — allocated at the start of each paid subscription period. They are valid until the end of that period and do not carry over into the next one. Any unused balance expires when the period ends or renews.
  • Top-up credits — purchased as one-off packages, including the activation purchase that unlocks your first video. They expire 90 days after the date of purchase and do not replenish automatically.

When you spend credits, expiring subscription credits are consumed first, then top-up credits in order of expiry. Your current balance and the applicable expiry dates are shown in your account.

Credits are non-refundable once spent, and expired credits are not restored or refunded. The full terms, including the limited circumstances in which we do refund, are in the Refund & Credits Policy. Nothing in this section limits your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

4. Payments and subscriptions

Prices are shown before purchase and are charged in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we do not store your card details.

When you make your first purchase, you may be asked to save your card for future payments. If you agree, later purchases you initiate (top-ups, subscription renewals, and optional auto top-up if you enable it) are charged to that card without a further redirect. You can remove the saved card and cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the current period, and unused subscription credits still expire at the end of it. We send a receipt by email for every charge.

5. Immediate performance and the right of withdrawal

Credits and generated videos are digital content supplied electronically and delivered to your account immediately.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction granting a statutory withdrawal period, you would ordinarily have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase of digital content or services without giving a reason. When you purchase credits or start a generation, you are asked to confirm, by an explicit affirmative act, that:

  • you expressly request that we begin supplying the digital content and performing the service immediately, before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period; and
  • you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once supply has begun.

We record that confirmation together with the version of these Terms you accepted, the time, and your IP address, and we repeat it in your email receipt. If you do withdraw after performance has begun at your request, you remain liable for the portion of the service already provided, including any credits already spent.

This section reflects Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and its national implementations. It does not affect rights that cannot be waived under the law applicable to you.

6. Your content, and the rights you must have in it

"Your Content" means everything you submit to the Service: source video links, uploaded photographs and videos, avatar images, text prompts, and edits. You keep ownership of Your Content.

You represent and warrant that, for everything you submit:

  • you own it or hold all rights, licences, and permissions needed to submit it to the Service and to have it processed into generated output;
  • where it shows the face, voice, name, or other identifiable attributes of an individual — including your own — you have obtained every consent, release, and permission required under applicable law from that individual, for use in AI-generated output;
  • you have given any notices and obtained any consents required by biometric or personal-data laws applicable where that individual lives;
  • it does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, and does not breach the terms of the platform it came from.

Do not upload a photograph or recording of another person without that person's permission. Do not submit content depicting minors in any avatar or face-replacement feature.

7. Licence you grant us

To run the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence — sublicensable to our infrastructure and AI model providers only to the extent needed to deliver the Service — to host, store, reproduce, adapt, and process Your Content for the purpose of operating, providing, securing, and improving the Service and generating your output. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained in backups or as required by law.

Generations produced through activation offers. Some ways of obtaining credits are discounted or free in exchange for public visibility: the promotional first-video purchase, completing a partner survey, referrals, and share-based rewards. Videos generated with credits obtained through those mechanics may be published by us in the public AutoHustle gallery, alongside the source video they were based on, and used to demonstrate the Service. For those generations you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to reproduce, publicly display, and distribute the output for that purpose.

This licence is revocable. You can hide any of your generations from the gallery at any time from your account, and we will stop displaying it and remove it from the public pages. Content generated on a paid subscription is private by default and is never published without your action.

We will not use private content — including work you generate for or on behalf of a client — in our own marketing without your consent.

8. Output

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and to the rights of the third-party model providers described in section 9, you own the videos you generate and may use them commercially.

You are solely responsible for how you use output: for clearing any rights in the source material, for complying with the rules of the platform you publish on, and for disclosing AI-generated content where the law or the platform requires it. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and similar platforms have their own policies on synthetic media and derivative content, and compliance with them is on you.

9. Third-party AI models

Generation runs on models operated by third parties. Which model is used depends on the content you submit and may change without notice as we improve quality and cost.

When you use a feature powered by a third-party model, you also agree to that provider's acceptable-use and prohibited-use policies as they apply to your submission. Where a provider's policy is more restrictive than these Terms, the more restrictive terms govern. Providers apply their own automated content filters; a submission may be refused by a provider even though it does not breach these Terms. Where a refusal happens before generation runs, no credits are spent.

10. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to:

  • create sexual, intimate, or nude imagery of any person, or any content involving minors;
  • impersonate a real person, or create content that could reasonably be mistaken for a genuine statement or act by them, including public figures;
  • produce misinformation, fraud, harassment, defamation, or content that incites violence or hatred;
  • infringe intellectual property, or systematically reproduce another creator's work as your own;
  • circumvent credit limits, activation offers, rate limits, or content filters, including by automated means;
  • scrape, reverse-engineer, resell, or provide the Service to third parties without our written agreement;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, other accounts, or our infrastructure.

We may review submissions and generated output, automatically or manually, to enforce this section, and we may remove content, refuse generation, or suspend an account for a breach.

11. Chargebacks

If you believe you were charged in error, contact billing@autohustle.me first — most issues are resolved the same day.

Initiating a payment dispute for credits that were delivered and spent, without contacting us first, is a breach of these Terms. In that case we will respond to the dispute with our delivery records — the logged acceptance of these Terms with version, timestamp, and IP address; the credit ledger; and the URLs of the videos delivered to the account — and we may suspend the account pending resolution. This does not apply where you are exercising a right the law gives you.

12. Availability and changes

We may add, change, or remove features, models, and pricing. Where a change materially reduces what you have already paid for, we will give reasonable notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability; maintenance, provider outages, and rate limits happen.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for a material breach of these Terms, for fraudulent or abusive payment behaviour, or where required by law.

On termination, unused credits are forfeited, except that credits you purchased are forfeited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Termination does not affect rights or liabilities that accrued before it.

14. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

We make no representation or warranty as to the originality, uniqueness, accuracy, likeness fidelity, legality, or fitness for any purpose of generated output. Because of how generative models work, output may contain errors or artefacts, may not resemble your avatar as closely as you hoped, and may not be unique — similar output may be generated for other users. Generation quality is not a defect for which credits are refunded; only failed generations are automatically refunded in credits.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 50.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If you are a consumer, your mandatory statutory rights are unaffected.

16. Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold us harmless against claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from Your Content, from your use of generated output, or from your breach of these Terms — in particular claims that you lacked the rights or consents you warranted in section 6. This does not apply where you are a consumer acting outside your trade or profession, to the extent the law does not permit it.

17. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, or that a generated video uses your likeness without permission, write to abuse@autohustle.me with a description of the material, its location, and your contact details. We hide reported content pending review and remove infringing material. We terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the courts of Delaware.

If you are a consumer resident in the EEA or the United Kingdom, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-law provisions of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts there.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Each version is published with the date above. When a version changes materially, we ask you to accept the new version before your next generation, and we record that acceptance. For minor corrections we update the page and the date without re-prompting. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the current version.
