Make your avatar from one photo
Upload a single clear portrait. That's the whole setup — no filming, no voice recording, no training session.
One sharp, well-lit, front-facing photo is enough for the models to rebuild you. The avatar is reusable: every video you make afterwards draws on it, so this step happens once. Creating an avatar is free — you only spend credits when you generate a video.

Do one specific job
Animate a photo into a talking clip, put yourself inside a scene you describe, copy a choreography onto your avatar, re-voice a video into another language. Each tool asks for the two or three things it needs and nothing else.
Say what you want in plain words
Describe the video you have in mind. The Director works out whether we can make it, breaks it into steps, and names the tool behind each one. It only ever offers you tools that are actually open today — it will tell you when something isn't possible instead of guessing.
You don't need to know which model to use
New video models ship every few weeks and each is good at something different. Keeping up with that is our job, not yours. Tell the Director what you want in ordinary language and it does the routing.
