Looking for an Icon AI alternative? We are adjacent, not identical
Icon, the AI CMO product for UGC advertising, shut down in February 2026 — a closure reported publicly the following month — and the people who used it are looking for the nearest thing. AutoHustle is adjacent rather than equivalent, so the difference is worth stating plainly: we do not plan campaigns, write ad scripts or cast synthetic actors. What our autopilot does is take a link to a Reel that already works and rebuild it with your own face in it, which covers the creative-production half of that job and none of the strategy half. This page was last reviewed on 2026-08-10.

How a creative gets made here
Start from a video that already performed
Paste a link to any public Reel. We read the source video — the scenes, the pacing, what happens on screen — and turn it into a plan. That analysis is free and takes 30 to 90 seconds, so you can see what we understood before spending anything.
Choose the face it wears
One portrait becomes the avatar: yours, a team member's with their consent, or one you have licensed. It is reused across every video afterwards, so a set of variants reads as one presenter rather than a cast of strangers.
Take the file and run it yourself
About 25 minutes later a vertical MP4 lands in your Library. You upload it to Meta, TikTok or wherever your ad account lives — we hold no ad-account access and never publish anything on your behalf.
Where we are genuinely different
A proven video is the brief
The premise of an AI CMO is that a model reasons about what to advertise. Ours is narrower and more mechanical: a source Reel already encodes the hook, the pacing and the structure that worked, so the input is evidence rather than a guess. You choose the evidence.
A real face, not a roster of synthetic actors
The person on camera is built from a photo you supply and control, and stays the same across every generation. That is the opposite trade from a library of stock performers: less variety, more recognition.
No strategy layer, deliberately
Nothing here decides what to advertise, to whom, or with what angle. If you wanted the marketing brain rather than the production line, this is not it — saying so now is cheaper for both of us than a churn in week two.
Priced per second, not per platform seat
Generation is billed in credits per second and quoted before each run, so testing a second creative is a known cost rather than a plan upgrade. The first video is unlocked for $0.99.
Side by side
| AutoHustle | Typical AI ad-creative agent | |
|---|---|---|
| What it decides | Nothing about your marketing — you choose the source and the face | Often the pitch: the tool proposes angles, scripts and variants |
| Starting input | A link to a public Reel, a photo, or a written scene | Commonly a product URL or a written brief |
| Who is on camera | An avatar from a photo you supply and have the right to use | Commonly a roster of synthetic actors |
| Ad copy and scripts | Not written for you | Usually generated from the brief |
| Ad-account access | None. We hold no ad or social credentials at all | Often connects to ad accounts to launch and measure |
| How you pay | Credits per second. $0.99 first video, then a plan or one-off packs | Commonly a monthly platform plan |
| Still operating | Yes — live and taking work as of 2026-08-10 | Varies. This category has seen products close |
The right-hand column describes what tools in this category commonly do — it is not a quote from any one vendor's current price sheet, and we deliberately do not restate competitors' prices, because a figure that goes stale on a page like this is worse than no figure. Check their site for today's numbers. Everything in the AutoHustle column is what our product does today.
$0.99 to start, then credits
Creating an account, building your avatar and analysing a Reel cost nothing and need no card.
Unlocks 35 credits — enough for a 8-second clip at 4 credits per second at 720p.
Starter is 140 credits a month. One-off packs start at $10 for 50 credits — no subscription required.
Subscription credits refresh every month and don't roll over. Credits from a top-up pack stay in your account for 90 days from purchase. Credits are spent per second of video generated, and every tool quotes its cost before it runs, so a generation is never a surprise. If a generation fails on our side the credits return to your balance automatically.
Top-up credits last 90 days from purchase.
What we are not
- We are not an AI CMO. Nothing in the product decides what to advertise, which audience to target, or which angle to try next — those calls stay yours.
- We do not write ad scripts from a product page. The video comes from a source Reel you picked or a scene you described, so the creative direction is an input rather than an output.
- We have no roster of synthetic actors. The face on camera is one you supply and hold the rights to, and it stays the same across your videos by design.
- We do not connect to your ad account, publish, or report on performance. We never ask for your Instagram, TikTok or YouTube password, never read your DMs and never publish anything on your behalf. You download the file and post it yourself.
- We do not guarantee any platform approves an AI-generated ad. Rules on synthetic media change; check the current policy of whichever network you are running on.
