Viggle Pricing 2026: The Free Tier's Real Limits and What $7.99 Removes
Viggle's free plan is the most generous in motion transfer — and its licence terms mean you cannot monetise what it makes. The paid tiers, the credit rate, and where the ceiling still sits.
Viggle is how most people first try motion transfer: upload a character image, point at a reference video, get your character performing the movement. The free tier is genuinely usable, which is rare. The details of what "free" means here matter more than usual.

Plan prices and limits below were re-read from the vendor's own pricing page on 18 October 2026. The page lists a 20% yearly discount without showing the yearly prices, and says plan credits expire on the billing date while purchased credits do not expire but can only be used while subscribed. API renders were reported at 1 credit per second of output.
The line that matters most
Free-tier output has been reported as not licensed for monetisation. The pricing page does not state commercial-use terms, so read Viggle's Terms of Service before you build any part of a content business on the free plan; it is the single most important thing to settle.
If your clips go on an account that earns anything, or into anything sponsored, the free tier is not the right tool regardless of how the output looks. Pro at $7.99 is not a large ask to fix that.
What paying actually removes
The watermark (Pro) and the one-at-a-time limit. The queue — relaxed mode on free means you wait; Live and Max buy priority and speed. Nothing else structural. The model's capabilities are the same across tiers.
That is worth stating plainly because it sets expectations: paying Viggle buys throughput and rights, not a better result.
Where the ceiling sits
The limits are consistently reported and they are limits of the product, not of the plan:
- Clips run short — under roughly 15 seconds.
- Output is silent. There is no audio, so anything trend-driven needs a soundtrack added afterwards and nothing will match lip movement.
- Complex movement and poor-quality source footage degrade the result.
- Customisation beyond preset motion styles is limited.
None of that matters for a meme. All of it matters for a clip that goes on your own account, watched full screen, with sound.

Who it suits
Yes: memes, experiments, learning what motion transfer can do, and anything watched small and shared for a laugh. At $7.99 for watermark removal, Pro is still the cheapest way into this market for that use case (confirm the licence terms for your own use).
No: longer clips, audio, or a face that has to survive full-screen viewing. That is a different tier of model, and it costs a dollar or two per clip rather than five dollars a month. Viggle is not trying to be that, and it is very good at what it is.
